The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following network dimensions (670mm x 302mm x 75mm = 15.175cm³) and thus offers a 40% larger inflow area and 229% more charge air volume compared to the original charge air cooler. The Competition high-performance network offers very good cooling properties. The weight of the charge air cooler is 8.9 kg. Free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum developed in CAD for the best possible internal air flow. With the help of built-in air baffles in the entrance, the charge air cooler is evenly filled. The original click connections were eliminated and the connection diameter at the inlet and outlet was expanded to Ø65mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The assembly takes place at the original attachment points and is easy to carry out (1: 1 exchange). All of our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.
