Wagner Competition Intercooler EVO 2 BMW Z4 E89

The Competition intercooler has the following network dimensions (520mm x 210mm x 150mm / stepped = 13.572 cm³) and thus offers an 85% larger inflow area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance network still provides the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, with sufficient air flow and is also very light (7.4kg). Free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum developed in CAD for the best possible internal air flow. Overall, this charge air cooler has far less back pressure than the standard cooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The assembly is done by replacing the OEM charge air cooler and is easy to carry out.
