Wagner Competition Intercooler VW Scirocco 3 Typ13 1.4 TSI

The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for the VAG models with the 1.4T (F) SI engine of the 1st & 2nd generation. The Competition intercooler has the following network dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm / 17.45L) and thus offers a 10% larger inflow area and 50% more charge air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler. The newly developed competition high-performance network grants the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, enough air flow and is also very light (S3 OEM 8kg / WAGNERTUNING 9.2kg). Free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum developed in CAD for the best possible internal air distribution. The CNC machined hose connections have been enlarged to Ø67mm, so this kit comes with matching silicone hoses. Overall, this charge air cooler has far less back pressure than the standard cooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The assembly is done by replacing the OEM charge air cooler and is easy to carry out. All of our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.
